I guess the question everyone would want to ask is: what’s the maximum lethal range against a big missile?
You’ld want to be at least 200nm off-shore from any hostile launching zone? You don’t want to be wasting all your shots just defending against incoming missiles right?
Any opinion also if it could be used to blind low orbit sats saying flying over a Naval group? IMHO, the ‘other’ applications could be just as valuable and ultimately strategic than the actual anti-Boost phase role? That alone should be the justification for follow-on R&D. (Unless it’s running up the score too much)?
