F-35 AF-3 taxi test.
Always a fun read, Code-One Magazine has changed their website.
Code-One btw was where one of the early DOD Joint Strike Fighter program managers stated that the price of the JSF (now today the F-35) –in the business plan–doesn’t flatten out until you get to around 1500-1600 aircraft made. Something to think about.

Awful lot of F-35 going on there….
Interesting projection earl on from Code One there, about the 1500-1600 unit requirement prior to price flattening. Of course, that was before the era of legislating an F-16-priced fighter, at a snap of a finger. (…or else).
I bet LM can flatten it out in under 200 units, if proper pressure and consequences are applied?
I’m grossly concerned with the lower fuselage redesign. If it makes the aircraft less stealthy then why not change it?
